The Citizen Potawatomi Nation (Owner) intends to procure a qualified contractor to provide construction services for a new bar located in the Grand Casino Hotel & Resort in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Anticipated Scope of Work:
Contractor will provide bid for labor and material for said project. Contractor will demo and build back bar according to plans and specifications provided by architect. This work will include, but not limited to framing, drywall, ceilings, tape and bed, millwork, and painting. Three video screens, fitted as seamless displays, center screen sized 15 feet x 16.5 feet and left and right screens sized at 8.2 feet x 6.5 feet. An image pixel size of no larger than 2.0mm and a minimum of 4 videos simultaneous on each screen. A single screen sized 30 feet x 1.5 feet with a single hdmi input to function as a sport ticker. All screens to include installation, configuration and hardware/software needed to support the multi video operations of screens. Bid will exclude HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Flooring which will be provided by the Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
