Proposals will be received by M. Scott George, Executive Director of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, located at 44007 Hardesty Road, Shawnee, Oklahoma 74801, no later than 2:00 P.M. (Central Standard Time), on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024, for Professional Design/Build Architectural and Engineering Services. These activities will include but are not limited to: Design and construct a 2,300 – 2,500 sq. ft. automatic drive-thru tunnel car wash system using reliable industry equipment. The chosen Professional will be responsible for gathering the information needed to provide the building design and layout, car wash tunnel equipment, signage, etc. and be responsible for all construction services needed for a turnkey project, (Civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, equipment, etc.)
A mandatory pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held solely for the purpose of explaining the concepts involved in the project and the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation. Scheduled for Tuesday, July 16th, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. (Central Standard Time) at the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Housing Department conference room, 44007 Hardesty Road, Shawnee, Oklahoma 74801. All prospective superintendents are encouraged to attend.

Contracts are subject to the provisions of Indian Preference/Tribal Preference in accordance with 24 CFR 1000.48. Bidders/Contractors claiming Indian Preference/Tribal Preference will be required to submit proof of 51% Native American owned business.
Preference in the award of contracts in connection with the above-described request will be given to Indian organizations or Indian-owned economic enterprises, as defined in 24 CFR, Part 1000.52.
Award of this contract is subject to a determination by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that the contractor is eligible to contract for federally funded activities.
