CPN conducted a survey to determine the extent and severity of cedar infestation across Tribal-owned land and developed categories to prioritize extermination. The assessment estimated 4,000 acres of CPN property met the standards for level II or level III infestation.
Collecting survey data helps the Nation make decisions about the land’s makeup and future use. CPN has and continues to conduct feasibility studies to ensure the development benefits the Tribe and its members.
